New earrings
Lately, I didn't have much time to add new jewelry in my shop as I was trying to accomplish orders for other shops. But it's time to take a little care of it now, so a new pair of earrings is for sale since yesterday. It's totally handmade by me, with papier mache, acrylic colors and scraps of vintage magazines. Here they are, red and festive.

Don't underestimate papier mache

But you can create wonders with it. Think about the green aspect of it too, what better way to use the piles of newspapers that accumulate with time?
China, Persia, Kashmir were important centres of the paper mâché art which later reached Europe, especially France and England. Can you believe that these were made of paper mâché?

Beach beauties
I would like to introduce you these beautiful ladies having fun by the sea. You will find them very soon, them and their friends in my shop on brooches and pendants, made of decoupaged images on a papier maché base.
